Today, we return our keys and wave goodbye to this empty place for good. What an incredibly strange feeling it will be to walk through that door for the last time!
And here’s a glimpse into what’s been happening at my parents’ house the past few days.
Some of this.
And this.
And this too. We love our Lexi Loo.
I took some pictures of this rapidly growing child. This isn’t at my parents’ house obviously, but it’s happened during our stay.
I’ve been wanting to take pictures in this cool field of burned trees and forced baby sister to be my model.
Stop. Growing.
This is most of what we’ve done the past five days we’ve been here:
Snuggled Lexi. Ate cookies. Studied (Andrew studied, not me obviously). Drank chocolate milk. Snuggled Lexi. Watched The Goonies. Ate alfredo pizza. Watched Mission Impossible 4 with Worm. Edited. Snuggled Lexi. Took pictures. Loaded and unloaded stuff from the apartment. Watched Jurassic Park to fall asleep. Watched the unbelievable ending of the Thunder game. Snuggled Lexi during literal thunder. Got salads to go from Longhorn. Ate cookie cake (hooray!). Signed our lease. Snuggled Lexi.
And we’ve been counting down the days till we’re sitting on the couch in our house watching Jurassic Park. :)
Happy Monday, and good luck to everyone taking finals this week!
