I doubt there has ever been a year that I thought Christmas didn’t go by too quickly. It’s all over too fast! We have had a wonderful, whirlwind week, and we are feeling super blessed and thankful.
Christmas Eve morning was spent chowing down at Beverly’s Pancake House.
Before we headed out to the Christmas Eve service at church, we attempted a few pictures with the pooch, who was feeling extra diva-ish this week.
This picture sums up how he was acting.
We managed to bribe him into one semi-decent shot.
One of my favorite parts of Christmas is the candlelight service at church…it makes me so happy!
We had a delicious dinner and opened presents at the in-laws after the service.
Allie was quite pleased with the pink toys we brought her. ;)
I love these two. :)
Our little family tradition is opening one of our presents Christmas Eve and watching Santa Clause. Jackers was a little upset that he could only open one. ;)
We woke up early Christmas morning to open the rest of our presents. We both did pretty well this year. ;)
It’s nice to know my husband gets me.
Mom and Dad’s house was the first stop, and they went crazy on presents as usual.
Do you see that plate of bacon?!
After far too many pancakes, Dad read the Christmas story, and we opened presents.
The next stop was Aunt Laney’s house, and I was a little bit obsessed with her dining room set up!
Sweet growing family. :)
The next stop was to visit the grandparents, aunt, uncle, and cousins and unload the last heap of gifts!
Pop-Pop’s face in this picture makes my whole life. :)
And Mom-Mom is just adorable.
The last stop of the day was back at our house with both sets of parents and Wormy.
We love you, Jacker Boy.
Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas week! :)
